Ethiceye helps companies and organizations build shared criteria, internal politics and responsible digital culture. We do not teach tools. We build the decision framework that remains when we are done.
Your marketing team has been uploading customer data to ChatGPT for months to make reports. Nobody decided. No one forbidden it. It just happened.
Or someone in IT found out that three departments use different and incompatible AI tools. Without protocol, without criteria, without anyone coordinating it.
Or you got a question from an investor about how you manage the AI risk. And you didn’t know what to say solidly.
None of these problems is a technological problem. They are of judgment, culture and leadership.
85% of Spanish companies have invested in AI. 70% of its managers recognize that their team lacks criteria to integrate it well.

Co-constructed use policy + shared criteria

Governance AI integrated in S and G indicators. Response to auditors and investors.
Your IT provider manages the technical layer: what tools are approved, how access is controlled, what security controls exist. Ethiceye works on the human layer: the shared criteria for your team to know when and how to use AI responsibly, and a policy that the team really understands and uses. They are complementary. Without the cultural layer, the technical layer has holes that no security system detects.
Faster, yes. More effective, no. A policy written by legal and sent by email has a very low real adoption rate: the team does not fully understand it, does not feel it theirs, and when a limit situation appears, it does not know how to apply it. The difference between a file that is archived and one that is used is in how it is built. Ethiceye’s co-participatory process takes 5 more weeks. and generates criteria that lasts for years.
It is the most frequent case. Policies that do not work usually have the same origin: they were written by someone who is not the one who has to apply them. In that case, the Ethiceye process does not start from scratch: it begins by understanding why the current policy is not used, which parts of the team have resistance and what it takes to transform that document into real criteria. At the end of the program, the clearest indicator is this: Can anyone on the team explain in their own words the company’s AI policy? If the answer is yes, the criteria exists. Beyond that, we measure: reduction of unauthorized tools detected, the team’s ability to make autonomous decisions about new tools, and coherence of responses in unforeseen situations. At 30 days there is a follow-up session to review all this.
