Consulting is for those who are already clear that they need more than a training

You have tried to solve the criteria AI internally. It hasn’t worked. Or you have already had an incident and you know you need something more structural. Or you have AI Act commitments to comply with and you need a documented process.

Ethiceye consulting works from within: how AI decisions are made in your organization, what values guide them and how they are sustained over time when Ethiceye is no longer there.

Sign that you need consulting

You have already done formations and the team continues without shared criteria

You have high-risk AI systems according to the AI Act

You are Vice Chancellor, CEO or ESG Responsible with a Real Mandate of Change

You want the criteria to last when those responsible change

not program

The training has not had continuity in the culture

You need documentation of compliance, not only awareness

You need a partner, not a provider

You need to embed the process in the systems of the organization

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a consulting project with Ethiceye cost?

Strategic consulting projects are tailored to the needs, context and level of AI adoption of each organisation.

A diagnostic assessment and initial policy project typically takes between four and six weeks. A more comprehensive AI governance engagement may extend from two to four months, depending on the scope and organisational requirements.

The exact scope is defined after an initial diagnostic conversation, where we assess the organisation’s current situation, objectives and specific challenges related to AI adoption and governance.

The training program builds shared criteria and generates a usage policy. Consulting goes further: Diagnoses the real state of AI governance in the organization, designs the complete framework (including classification of AI Act risk systems), accompanies implementation and monitors adoption. The program is the entry point. Consulting is for those who already know that they need something more structural and durable.

Yes. In fact, this is one of the most common situations organisations face.

Training initiatives often fail because they are implemented without a clear diagnosis, without considering the organisation’s context, or without a realistic plan for adoption and implementation.

Ethiceye starts by understanding what has already been tried, what worked, what did not, and why.

That is not starting from scratch. It is starting with valuable information that helps build a more effective and sustainable approach.

The design of the Ethiceye process has this in the center. The criteria is built with the team, not for the team. The policy is embedded in existing processes, it is not added as an external layer. And the deliverable includes an update protocol for when the regulations change or new tools appear. In addition, all projects include 30 and 90-day follow-up to verify actual adoption and adjust what is needed.
